1. The Basics: Timeframe & Condition

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.
  • The item must be returned in the original product packaging or a suitable substitute that provides equal protection.

Note on Non-Returnable Items: For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, the following items from our menu cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Animal Treats (Opened or sealed, due to consumable nature)
  • Animal Medical Care products (For health and safety reasons)
  • Animal Grooming kits that have been opened or used

Personalized items, such as monogrammed Boy’s Belts & Buckles, are also final sale.

2. Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Follow this trail map to a smooth return or exchange:

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we get all the necessary details fast.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Pack It Up Securely: Place the item(s) in their original packaging, include all tags, and seal the box securely. Include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
  4. Ship It Back: Mail your return package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item).
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our ranch (warehouse), our team will inspect the item(s). We’ll notify you via email once the inspection is complete and your refund or exchange is being processed.

4. Refunds: When & How Your Money Returns

We process refunds faster than a jackrabbit on open land!

  • Timing: After we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during purchase.
    • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): The refund will appear on your card statement. The posting time depends on your bank’s policies.
    • PayPal: The refund will be sent back to your PayPal account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (like the $12.95 for Standard Shipping) are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the value of the discounted shipping may be deducted from your refund if the return makes the order total fall below the $50 free shipping threshold.
  • Exchanges: For size or item exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and inspected. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your Boy’s Snap Shirt has a loose thread right out of the box, or you received Animal Grooming supplies instead of the Boy’s Ball Cap you ordered, we’ll make it right—on our dime.
